Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy explains how VativoRx, LLC ("VativoRx," "we," "us") collects and uses information through our public website, vativorx.com.

It covers the website only. It does not cover data we receive from clients to perform our services, which is governed by our agreements with those clients and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). It also does not cover third-party sites we link to.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use a form on our site or email us, we collect what you choose to send:

  • Content downloads and on-demand webinars: first and last name, organization or hospital name, email address, and phone number
  • Email: anything you include in a message to us

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our analytics and security tools collect technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and how you navigate and interact with pages. See Cookies, analytics, and site tools below.

Protected resource pages. Some resource pages require an access password. Entering it sets a cookie that remembers you have access. We do not collect personal information on these pages.

No protected health information. Our website is not designed to receive protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit patient information through the contact form or by email. Our initial discussions with prospective clients do not require PHI.

How we use information

We use information you send us to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery conversation
  • Assess whether our services fit your organization
  • Follow up with you about our services, and manage a business relationship if one develops
  • Keep a record of our communications

We use automatically collected information to understand how the site is used, improve it, and protect it from spam and abuse.

We do not use the information you submit for unrelated purposes without telling you first. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share information only:

  • With service providers that run our business systems on our behalf, such as website hosting, email, customer relationship management, and spam protection. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
  • With analytics partners (Google), through the tools described in Cookies, analytics, and site tools. Google may also use the data under its own privacy policy.
  • When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the security of our systems.
