VativoRx will be at the SIIA National Conference, October 11–13, 2026, at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge. John Srouji, our Chief Sales Officer, and Jason Baez, our Director of Marketing, will be onsite all three days, and we’d like to meet you while we’re there.
Why SIIA
SIIA is where the self-insurance market gathers: TPAs, self-funded employers, plan sponsors and the partners who serve them. It’s the right room for a conversation about specialty drug spend, and the part of it that often goes unexamined.
The conversation we want to have
Most plans have the pharmacy side handled. Their PBM captures manufacturer rebates on drugs dispensed through the pharmacy benefit, and that process is mature.
Specialty drugs that are infused or injected work differently. They’re typically billed under the medical benefit, outside the PBM’s reach, so the manufacturer rebates tied to those claims often go unrecovered. That’s not a failure of anyone’s process; the claims simply sit where the existing process was never designed to look.
The gap shows up in the research. PSG’s 2026 specialty drug benefits research found that 92% of employers receive specialty drug rebates under the pharmacy benefit, while only 43% receive them under the medical benefit.
What we do
VativoRx has been recovering rebates since 2018 and moved into medical-benefit claims in 2023, which is where our focus sits today. We work alongside your existing pharmacy benefit rather than replacing anything, starting narrow with a single therapy category and expanding once it’s proven. Reporting is at the drug level, so the results are something your team and your groups can actually read.
For TPAs, one relationship can extend across every self-funded group you administer. For self-funded employers and plan sponsors, it’s a way to understand what’s in your medical claims that nobody is currently looking at.
The question we’d want to answer with you is simple: is there enough eligible volume in your claims to be worth the work?
Let’s connect in Phoenix
We’re not exhibiting this year, so the best way to find us is to set up time before the show. Whether that’s a quick coffee between sessions or a longer conversation, we’ll make it work.
See you in Phoenix.
